Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am hoping to complete the century cycle challenge - cycling 102 miles from Nevill Holt in Leicestershire to Brancaster Staithe in Norfolk (aiming for 8 hours) on May 21st 2011. This is much further than I have ever cycled before in a day.

I am raising money for the Alzheimers Disease Society, to contribute to the Walk for George annual fundraising undertaken by one of my surgery colleagues, Shirley Hart. Alzheimers disease is a distressing condition for patients and family alike, and the Alzheimers disease Society provides valuable support for suffers and carers, which I have witnessed for some of my patients.
