CPSL Mind provide an amazing and crucial service to those suffering from a variety of mental health challenges in the Cambridgeshire area.
We believe that this challenge embodies the principle that; through shared experiences, having strength, courage and determination we can get through the low points in our life to reach new highs. We believe that with the support of friends, family and our colleagues the journey from our lowest point to the highest is achievable and that we can become better, stronger individuals for it.
Both Paul and Scott are serving Police Officers with Cambridgeshire Constabulary. They also are using this opportunity aim to motivate and encourage emergency services workers to connect and share their lived experiences, to get active and to support others whilst raising money for a great cause.
