Story
The three High Sheriffs of the Glamorgan; Andrew Howell (South Glamorgan), Debra Williams (West Glamorgan) and Jason Edwards (Mid Glamorgan), have collated performance of a poem to help raise funds for our brave Welsh NHS workers during the fight against COVID-19.
We have recorded a beautiful poem written by Donna Ashworth with the help of Welsh celebrities and key workers:
Together, let's show our respect and gratitude as our Welsh NHS work tirelessly in the face of the virus. In these difficult times, it gives us all as individuals, groups and organisations the chance to show we care and to make a difference.
The Welsh NHS is the beating heart of our wonderful country.
This is an all NHS Wales Health Board campaign hosted by Swansea Bay Health Charity.
The money raised in this appeal will be split equally between the seven local health board charitable funds in Wales, plus Velindre and Welsh Ambulance Service: Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health BoardCardiff & Vale University Health Board, Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, Hywel Dda University Health Board, Powys Teaching Health Board, Swansea Bay University Health Board
