Story
We're lacing up our trainers (and putting on our gloves!) this winter to join in with Runr's Miles for Mind campaign. Be it a few miles a few times per week, or a small amount every day, getting outside to exercise is such a good way to look after yourself at the moment.
Practicing getting over that "I really don't want to run today" thought, and powering through the difficult stretches of road might feel like small tasks - but managing to overcome such things is a great way to practice dealing with difficulty. And, getting a bit fitter in the process is no bad thing.
Mind do some great work for the world of mental health awareness and care - we'd love to help them out, with your help.
