We are walking from Hammersmith to Bishops park on Friday the 17th of June, to raise funds for Hammersmith and Fulham Mencap. For many years this charity has been supporting people with learning disabilities and their families to have a voice In their community, as a token of gratitude we’d like to raise some funds so they can carry on with their amazing work.
