The Gambia is one of Africa's smallest and poorest countries, it's hospitals and clinics have fantastic and enthusiastic staff but suffer from a lack of equipment, training, and medications.

Humanity First's teams of clinicians have worked hard to provide local teams with the support that they need to better serve the children of The Gambia. With your help they can do so much more.

The medical teams have given vital training in the resuscitation and care of newborn infants.

Humanity First has been able to provide essential life-saving equipment, including breathing support machines to help the smallest and most vulnerable of patients.

Our surgical and anaesthetic teams have been able to perform life-saving surgery and train local doctors in surgical techniques.
