So, in October I'll be starting my 6 month Global Xchange volunteer programme (http://www.globalxchange.org.uk), Nigeria/Newham, and I need to raise as much money as possible. All money raised will go directly towards the work volunteers do fighting poverty and working on development issues through VSO groups such as this, under the government's International Citizenship Scheme(ICS). The money doesn't just go towards my specific project, but also keeps programmes like it going meaning the work volunteers like me do will be able to continue for longer, creating greater change, for the better.

While in Nigeria, I'll be working with the group EVA at Cross River State-http://www.evanigeria.org/-the work they do is amazing and is really making a difference in the local communities.

Unfortunately, information has been delayed getting to me and since I'm still working in France(unable to hold events), the time frame for fundraising is incredibly short. Therefore, please, please, please donate, and most likely in the process save your liver from the pain of having another drink, and give the money to a worthwhile cause.
