Story
Encore Pilates is delighted to be hosting a unique charity event in aid of Hertfordshire Mind Network who support children and adults struggling with mental health challenges.
Kings Langley practitioners Chloe Henaghan (Biodynamic Osteopath at Mulberry Wellbeing), Nicola Duffell (BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist & BodyMind Coach) and Nikki Avron (Director/Teacher at Encore Pilates) invite you to join them in a collaborative talk about the correlation between our mental and physical health, and the multiple ways in which you can help improve the quality of your life.
Perhaps you, or someone you care for, suffers with ongoing back pain, or a chronic condition? Or maybe hormonal imbalances are negatively impacting your life? Perhaps you have poor sleep patterns or suffer with low mood or anxiety? Join us to hear our guest speakers explain how changes to your gut health, the way you move, your surroundings and mood can alter your body’s chemistry and its physical state.
The talk will take place at Encore Pilates on Kings Langley High Street (WD4 8FG - behind the Kings Tandoori) on Saturday 4th February, 3.00-4.30pm. There is free parking at The Nap and Langley Hill car parks very nearby. To reserve a place please make a donation leaving your name or initials so that we can add you to our register and make sure you get a seat! We suggest a minimum donation of £15 per person or whatever you feel you can afford. If you would like to donate but will not be able to attend please mention this in your comments. For any questions or to advise us of attendance by wheelchair please email Nikki at info@encore-pilates.co.uk
Nikki, Chloe and Nicola look forward to welcoming you :)
