My name is Sam Nicol, i recently lost my Grandfather to this horrible disease. My girlfriend Ashley Fyffe and I, have decided to cycle from aberdeen to london trafalgar square dressed as superheros.

We have never done anything like this before so it is a daunting thought, but why not make it a challenge?

We are planning to do this on the anniversary of my grandfather 25th April, we will be looking to start this on friday 25th April 2014 and go 80-100 miles per day.
