Mates in Mind are launching a step challenge to encourage individuals and businesses to get moving for their mental health!
The link between exercise and the benefits to mental health is firmly established, from elevating stress and anxiety, too improved sleep, being physically active can assist individuals mental health management during difficult times. This is now especially important as the world continues to navigate the challenges posed by COVID-19 and the changes it has brought, and continues to bring, to each of our lives.
Together in teams (5 max) or as a individual, the aim is to reach 100 miles (in steps) within two weeks! Be this around your flat, or as part your daily exercise routine, every step you take counts. Lets get active and help raise vital funds to support the mental health of workplaces across the UK!
