August 2015 I was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer - a day I will always remember, why me? why now? - well I am pleased to say that nearly 2 years on and 1 ball lighter I am fighting fit, loving life and wanting to find ways of giving back. 

So this year I will be competing in the Ride100 on a Brompton in support of Movember - the mens health charity that is changing the lives of those suffering from cancer and mental health. 

Yes I said a Brompton - the small 2 wheeled bike that folds up and annoys people on trains and you see pushed under desks by rather smug cyclists as they get their daily cycling fix while commuting to work. 

So please dig deep again and support this amazing charity thats helped so many people including myself. No one wants to hear another story of someone, anyone losing a battle with Cancer, lets kick it in the balls !
