So 1 week today. Last long training run this evening. Then some gentle runs during the week. No binges either. Weight coming down nicely as well.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyon who has donated so far. Feel free to pass on so I can raise some big money.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am running (hopefully) the Great North Run as I approach my 50th birthday. It's a drive to get fit - for once in my life, and a way to remember my mum & my dad. Macmillan supported my dad at home when my mum was dying without their help she would not have been able to be at home for those last weeks of her life. Macmillan do an amazing job and they need al the support they can get. For those of you that know me well my mum & dad have been gone for a long time now, but how Macmillan helped my dad remains an enduring memory.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
I've promised £395 to Macmillan but in reality I'd like to try and blow that away so please give generously.
So please dig deep and donate now.
