Story

SECOND UPDATE: After hitting £750, the new target is £1500. I had originally promised sponsors to keep the lid for 4 weeks, with regular maintenance. If we hit £1000 then I'll keep it for 6 weeks. If we hit £1500 then I will maintain the haircut for the duration of lockdown. Huge thanks again to everyone who has donated!

UPDATE: After hitting the £525 mark much quicker than anticipated, we are changing the target. If total donations reach £750 then I will use my daily allotted hour of exercise to run around Clapham Common in Brazil kit whilst sporting the fantastic 2002 Ronaldo lid, socially distancing myself from pedestrians like the great striker himself evading his markers. Thanks to everyone who has donated so far!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This Easter, I will be getting my first lockdown haircut. However, I haven't decided on a style yet, so I want to let you decide; the more you donate to NHS Charities Together, the worse the style I will get.

The cut will happen at 9pm on Easter Monday. The style I get will depend on the amount of money raised by this time. Please find the details of the seven possible Easter-themed haircuts below.

£75-£150 Nick Easter: This England stalwart's go-to haircut, the short back and sides, perfectly mirrored his rugby playing ability; decent enough, did a job, but not particularly awe-inspiring.

£150-£225 The Beckham Mohawk: In recognition of a man who was crucified in 1998 (by the media). An iconic lid.

£225-£300 Easter Island: Just like the statues. Nothing on the sides or on the top, and a very short cut on the back.

£300-£375 The Egg: The quintessential symbol of Easter. What better way to celebrate the holiday than an all-over head shave?

£375-£450 The Monk: These blokes love Easter. It's the most important date in their calendar. But there's nothing they love more than sporting absolutely atrocious lids all year round.

£450-£525 Harry Potter: This guy, much like Jesus, was adept at resurrections. For this style, I would get a full head shave except for a lightning bolt.

£525 Ronaldo: This fella scored a lot of goals and loved latching onto crosses. If you collectively donate £525, then I will get his phenomenal 2002 haircut. If you ever want to see me sporting this style, here is your chance to make it happen!

Thank you so much.
