Otis’ Cause
Two years ago on October 3rd, we had the shock of our life when our little son Otis was born prematurely at only 26 weeks. Since his very first day at just under 2 pounds, he’s showed an insatiable fighting spirit and attitude having staved off more infections, incubators, antibiotics, needles and blood transfusions than any of us hope to in a life time. Needless to say we are exceptionally proud of him and how, despite a very difficult start in life, he has grown and thrived into the healthy, self assured and playful little person that he is today. We are also enormously grateful for all the amazing care that Otis received in Neonatal care. To give something back to society and to save and help other babies like Otis , born too soon or to sick to cope with the outside world, we support the work of Bliss - a UK national charity dedicated to provide vital support and care to premature and sick babies. On behalf of Otis and ourselves we would like to say thanks for taking the time to visit Otis' JustGiving page and we ask that you please consider making a donation to Bliss. About Bliss One in every nine babies in the UK is born premature or sick. That is over 80,000 babies every year.
