Story
Despite the summer holidays coming to an end in the next few weeks, for 1 in 10 children worldwide they will not have the opportunity to return to school as their parents cannot afford it.
Street Child aims to help 10 of millions of children out of school get the opportunity to attend school for comparatively tiny sums of money. In the UK £30 could buy a new school bag but in Liberia £30 would provide the opportunity for a child to go to school for a year.
Despite having undergone surgery and fractured my heel I am in training for the London marathon to raise funds to support Street Child's inspirational work. Please help me to support Street Child's work and make dragging myself round the 26.2 mile course worthwhile through sponsoring me. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means so much. Furthermore NTT DATA UK have offered to match our teams fundraising efforts.
