Hello Everyone, as you all must be aware of the current humanitarian crisis in Yemen, I have chose to sell some of my products and take any donations to help the most needy and provide care to those who you are in extremely tough conditions. 

Here is some background information on what is happening in Yemen today:

Yemen in a country in the Middle East, to the east of North Africa and south of Saudi Arabia, Syria and Iraq. The country as we know today was actually formed quite recently, when south Yemen and North Yemen, which believe the country should be run in different ways, joined together in 1990, after many years of fighting. 
However, due to the fighting being continuous there is now a civil war taking place which has made life for those living in the country extremely tough. Currently, Yemen is suffering from what has been called the world's worst humanitarian crisis in the last 100 years, with many people not having essentials that they need to survive, like food, water and shelter.

How are Islamic Relief helping Yemen?

Islamic Relief is currently on the ground in 17 of the country’s 22 governorates, delivering aid to many hard-to-reach areas. Our country office is in the capital, Sana’a, and we have eight sub-offices in Dhamar, Amran, Aden, Taiz, Hodeida, Saada, Maarib and Rymah.

Their teams are providing essential food aids to families at risk of famine and facing extensive food insecurity. With your support they can help these communities in their hour of needs.

Islamic Relief is distributing food across a wide area and providing food to more than 2.5 million people. They've also equipped 21 hospitals and clinics across the country to support doctors and nurses working to treat wounded, sick and malnourished people. They have also been working to support children through child protection and psycho-social support activities.

In light of the impending famine, we’re continuing to distribute food packs and essential food vouchers to provide critical aid to families in need.
