Story
Hendrick’s Gin ‘Grow Your Own Cucumber’ fundraiser for the Drinks Trust
Growing and sponsoring cucumbers in support
of the hospitality industry.
At Hendrick’s we take our love for cucumbers and roses very seriously. There is no other cucumber of our eye, no other rose-tinted glasses. Except of course for our one true love, and that is the hospitality industry.
Though spring brings the promise of in-real-life bar martinis, we are not yet out of the rose bushes. The trade, battling through a year of closures, will very much still need support. For this reason, Hendrick’s will be working with YOU and many of our nearest and dearest to raise funds for The Drinks Trust.
With a £5,000 donation from William Grant & Sons’ Standfast Campaign, Hendrick’s Gin will go on to donate £10 for every first sprout, £20 for every first flower and £30 for every first cucumber that is grown by each participant.
Happen to be unable to keep a plant alive? ?
Want to help out without getting your hands dirty and support a most noble cause?
Well here is your opportunity to SPONSOR A CUCUMBER. That’s right folks, all you need to do is submit a donation and make sure to mention who you're sponsoring in your message of support. There are Hendrick's prizes up for grabs for the growers who raise the most donations.

Thanks for rolling up your sleeves in real life or virtually to support our family in the hospitality industry.
Yours forever in roses and cucumbers,
Hendrick’s Gin, @SarahKberardi and @SashaSips
ABOUT HENDRICK'S GIN
Hendrick's is a deliciously super premium gin, made with a number of unusual twists. To deliver a most curious and delightfully unique flavour, Hendrick's combines a distinct blend of eleven botanicals, as well as the signature infusions of cucumber and rose petals, producing a wonderfully refreshing gin with a delightfully unique aroma.
Hand crafted in Scotland in miniscule batches by William Grant & Sons, Hendrick's is the only gin that uses a marriage of spirits from both a Carter-Head and Copper Pot Still, a combination that produces a divinely smooth gin that has both the required character and balance of subtle flavours. In 2018, the Hendrick's Master Distiller, Lesley Gracie, was awarded 'Gin Distiller of the Year' by the World Gin Awards in recognition of her ground-breaking work.
