The invasion of Ukraine has shocked us all and whilst it is scary, we think that it is much scarier for the Ukrainian families being bombed and having to leave their homes, not knowing where they are going or when they might return. 

We wanted to do something to help them, so we Googled Kyiv and found out that it is 1480 miles from our home town. We decided that we could "run to Kyiv" and raise money to help support the refugees. As long as it takes us to cover that distance, we will record our runs, walks and rides, sharing our updates and pictures with you and raising as much money as we can along the way. We are making our mums run as well to add to our total.

Please run your own miles and send us pics and screenshots of your Strava and fitness apps, as well as making your donations. Maybe together, we can raise money to support Refugease's incredible work and we can cover the distance to Kyiv AND back. 

Refugease are a brilliant local charity who are already working on the ground in Ukraine's neighbouring countries, delivering aid and letting the people know that we stand with them and that we care.
