Like so many things during the pandemic the last couple of years. The Poppy Appeal had to adapt to the threat of Covid-19. Once again we are now able to welcome our volunteers back to sell poppies in our super markets and outside on the streets in our towns and cities.

Every year, volunteers distribute over 40 million poppies to help with vital work in supporting the Armed Forces community, this year many volunteers are unable to help.

We would be very grateful if you would help support our virtual "Wear a Poppy Campaign"... by reading our poem on Facebook, sharing it and making a donation.

As former RAF Hemswell we are very proud of our aviation history and the part the base played during WW1, WW2. We feel we have an obligation to our Armed Forces.
