Running the London Marathon 2021 for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) to help us save lives.

Story

Six years ago I decided to face my fears - I started running to keep my mental health in check...and now, I'm running the London Marathon in memory of Mark Lewis and Dilan Patel.

CALM is a national charity dedicated to preventing male suicide in the UK.

CALM's helpline gets on average 5,000 calls per month.

£7 covers the cost of one 'life-saving' phone call - THAT'S THE COST OF 2...ish COFFEES!

Suicide prevention will always be close to my heart, and with the pandemic, CALM needs your help more than ever - so please dig deep.

Much love, Hema x

CALMs helpline and webchat services directly prevented 675 suicides in 2017

Don't fight it alone.
