Thank you very much for visiting our page.  We are all travelling up to Edinburgh for the marathon, and some of us with dodgy fitness the half marathon.  Together we will be running nearly 200 miles!

We are trying to raise as much as we can for Help the Aged.

Help the Aged is an international charity fighting to free older people from poverty, isolation and neglect.  Older people are often forgotten and need our extra help and support to stay independent. We'll all be there one day!
