Can you help us make Christmas special for an older person?  Older people have been having a really difficult time this year, they have been more isolated and lonely than ever before.  Friendship at Home usually provides a social or exercise activity every day, summer parties and a Christmas Party with Christmas lunch every year.   Christmas can be a really lonely time for some older people due to not seeing any friends and family.  This afternoon tea maybe the only festive meal they have.

We won’t be able to have our parties this year, so we thought let’s take Christmas to them in a box.   For £5 per person we can provide  a festive afternoon tea delivered to the older persons door. Currently we are talking to a local Deli who are going to make up the afternoon teas and deliver them for us.

We have 600 older people that we look after and we want to make sure they all receive a festive afternoon tea.
