Story
Asalamualikum/hello dear Friends/Colleagues/Family
Really pleased you clicked on my link to see why I've asked you for a small donation to help me support vulnerable children and families in Bangladesh.
This is very close to my heart, having lived in Bangladesh for part of my life and seeing the vulnerable children being exploited. I hope this is a small way we can all help some of those children to a life without exploitation.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart - you are in my prayers.
With love,
Mohammed Yahia
PS: I'll be doing a 32km bike ride in aid of this cause - about a year after cracking my ribs the previous year!
STREET CHILDREN
An estimated 600,000 children are living and working on the streets of Dhaka.Children on the streets face the dangers and offer from gangs ready to assimilate them into criminality and, worse, traffic them into sexually abusive and punishing work. Children who cannot find a job are often left with only the option to beg, leaving them prey for traffickers
We have rescued girls young as 13 who were 6 months pregnant , your donation will help rescue these vulnerable children and provide safety in our transitional shelter where the healing process begins.
£50 will rescue 2 children (zakah eligible )
£100 will rescue 4 children (zakah eligible )
£250 will rescue 10 children(zakah eligible )

CHILDREN RAISED IN BROTHELS
Daulatdia is the home to one of the largest brothels in the world and is classified as a brothel Village. Hundreds of children are .being raised in this brothel Thousands of girls under the age of 18 are caught up in prostitution, some as young as just 10 years old. In Daulatdia, the average age of new sex workers is 14.
Children in Daulatdia need to be saved. Muslim Charity and our partners are working to remove children from these harmful environments, bringing them to centres where they are cared for, safe and given access to everything they need. We provide education and teach children about their rights so that they can continually remain safe. These spaces are integral to keeping children safe, and are an excellent first step to rescuing their mothers too.At our supported centre, we also offer support to mothers, giving them access to skills and knowledge as well as spaces for respite and care.
Our work is vital, and we will not give up until we know that children everywhere are safe from the sex working industry and from abuse and violence.
£25 will protect one child raised in the brothel (zakah eligible)
£100 will protect 4 children raised in the brothel (zakah eligible )
