Story
Ania has been diagnosed with a very aggressive form of breast cancer.
We are here to make sure that she gets an all clear and is here for Jana, her 9-year-old daughter for many years to come.
Ania is raising Jana on her own. At 33, she is facing a grade 3 (most aggressive), HER-2 positive cancer. Alongside chemotherapy, which is about to begin, Ania is working with integrative oncologists to attack the cancer from every possible angle, including off-label medications, a range of supplements and vitamin infusions and additional treatments currently unavailable on the NHS.
These are expensive and Ania is forced to take a break from her career as a chef while undergoing treatment. Every donation will help leave no stone unturned while we pursue our complex approach to fighting this disease.
Once we share the worst news little Jana will perhaps ever receive and treatment begins, there will be additional costs associated with Jana's care. To help with these, please contact the family directly.
In Ania's own words: 'I feel scared - and so grateful. I have lived a full and beautiful life, with Jana. She's so young and only has me. She needs her mum.'
Please share this page widely and if you can, donate. So we can make sure Jana's mum is here for Jana's first day in big school. For the news of her first boyfriend, graduation, all the unmissable moments.
If you'd like to organise a challenge to fundraise for Ania, help by contributing your time or send warm thoughts, do get in touch directly.
