We (Emma and Sarah) did the Velocity 2 Zip Wire as part of the #NHS75 celebrations!

We're collecting donations for Colwyn Bay Hospital Dementia Fund. The fund helps to make the hospital a dementia-friendly environment. It can also provide activities and additional support for people living with dementia, such as reminiscence sessions, art therapy and wellbeing groups.
