I have been a trustee for United Response for the last 5 years. It is an amazing charity that makes great things possible for disabled people. ROC college in Devon is just one example. It provides further education and training for young people when they leave school and helps them develop new skills and find their vocation in life. We all know that charities have been severely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and disabled people have been one of the most at risk groups. We need services to support them safely more than ever. Ever since I have been a trustee, I have said that I will run the ROC 5k. This year I really have no excuse as I will be running in my home city of Bristol rather than in beautiful Devon. I am looking for people who can spare just £5 for 5k. Thank you if you can help.
