A few years ago a was going through a tough time, my nerves and anxiety had reached a point where had i quit my job, lost contact with friends and just wasn't "me". I felt like i would never get hold of myself but then i was introduced to Sandwell Mind. They have brilliant groups, therapists and social outings.
