If you've made it this far you probably already know that in February 2009 I will be taking part in a five day horse trek around the Cotopaxi Volcano in Ecuador with the Blue Cross.  As well as being a fantastic adventure, this is going to be a pretty challenging trip for me, with 6-7 hours in the saddle each day, a few personal fears to be faced and a lot of training before hand - particularly around the derrier!

My first challenge, as you can see is to raise lots of money to support the fantastic work of the Blue Cross.  I will be doing everything from selling homemade chocolates to car boot sales and art exhibitions to hit my target, but your support is going to be crucial so please do sponsor as much as you can!
