Story
It's time to step it up a gear, so I'm cycling the London to Paris BHF on road cycle ride to raise money for a necessary and brilliant charity.
In 2011 my granddad died of a heart attack completely out of the blue, so while I'm improving my own heart's health I want to raise awareness of the importance of keeping a check on your own.
This is my biggest challenge yet so please support me and the British Heart Foundation by donate any money you can and keep a check on your heart.
The Route:
Day 1: Start in Orpington and cycle 70 miles to Hythe to hop over the channel to France.
Day 2: Leaving Marquise I'll go down towards Vallee de la Course and onwards to Amiens Cathedral completing 84 miles.
Day 3: Journey goes south to Marines, Orgeval and finishing at the Palace of Versailles to complete a 90 mile day!
Ouch...
