I've decided to give up my sloth like lifestyle and signed up for the Great Yorkshire Run on 2nd Sept. Now I've got a few weeks training in and feel like I can make it to the end before the sweeping up bus, I'm asking for your support in raising some money for a good cause to make the torture worthwhile.

My chosen charity is Macmillan Cancer Support - I lost my Dad to cancer in 2009 so this is a cause very personal to me. The support Macmillan provide both emotionally and practically is invaluable to those touched by cancer - this couldn't be achieved without the generosity of the likes of yourselves.
