Dear friends,

Once again I'm taking part in the Wessex Autistic's Summer Solstice 8K run on Friday 19th June. Yes, as incredible as it may seem I have managed to do this before ! My only comfort is that it must get harder as you get older (rather than I am simply getting worse...!)

I know that we have all had many calls on our wallets this year, but it is such a good cause as well as being bloody tough for me !
