I am totally humbled to be out raising money and awareness for Greenfingers Charity.  A wonderful organisation who create gardens and outside spaces across the UK for children's hospices.

Creating space for exploring, relaxing, reflection and play.  These gardens provide so much joy to families often experiencing very difficult confusing times.

This will be a hard climb. Mount Kilimanjaro is one of the worlds seven summits of the world.  It has subzero temperatures and at 5895m I will experience the harsh challenge of climbing at altitude.

This mighty expedition has been cancelled so many times however I have remained optimistic and motivated by the cause.

I have also made the decision to donate my climbing kit and mountain clothes to the wonderful team of Sherpas who will be there to guide and support me on every step of the way.
