Story

My husband Kevin, was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumour in 2008 and despite undergoing major surgery and treatment, the tumour returned and he sadly died in September 2010.

Kev was a really positive person and always active; running every morning (even in the snow!). A group of his friends and family are running in the London 10K on 10 July 2011 in his memory.  This  wouldn't have been much of a challenge for Kevin, but it is for me - I'm not a natural runner!  I'd be really grateful if you would sponsor me to raise money for Brain Tumour UK.  Anything you can give would be very much appreciated.

Brain Tumour UK is the leading, caring charity committed to fighting brain tumours. They offer support, raise awareness and are funding research to improve the quality of life for brain tumour patients and identify better treatments.
