Helen and Frances are going to drag their middle aged bodies around the lakeland 50 course as fast as we can in an effort to raise money for Epic Kidz.

The Lakeland 50 is a 50 mile ultra in the lake district every July, which not only covers 50 miles in distance but also a massive 3000m in climbing. The course is not marked so we will need to navigate our own way round, this will also involve some night navigation.

Epic Kidz is a charity who provide small grants for volunteer groups organising sporting or recreational activities for children.We are a registered charity, governed by the charities commission, registration number 1156202.
