In 2015 my lovely dad died of heart disease. Shortly before that he had been diagnosed with vascular dementia.  My family and I spent the months after his diagnosis doing many special things and creating wonderful memories.  I am walking with my brother and sister and our dogs in memory of our dear dad and all those others who have been affected by dementia. They will never be forgotten
