In April 2023, I will be taking on the very exciting challenge of running the London Marathon and raising money for the National Brain Appeal. 

Did you know that 1 in 6 people have a neurological condition? That’s 14.7 million people in the UK affected. 

The National Brain Appeal is the charity dedicated to raising vital funds to help the millions of people in the UK affected by neurological and neuromuscular conditions. I work as an Occupational Therapist at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery so this is a charity close to my heart professionally and personally.
