Story

As my friends and family know my lovely dad sadly lost his battle with cancer in May this year after putting up a brave fight.  He was an amazing man who was always smiling and I miss him every day.

He spent his final weeks being cared for in Willow Wood Hospice. This is an amazing place with the most amazing staff and volunteers who are truly caring and passionate about their work. The care they gave my dad made his final days more comfortable and dignified. As a family we cannot thank them enough.

I will therefore be taking part in the 20th Anniversary Midnight Wander on Friday 20th September 2019 to raise all important funds. It costs £2.5m to keep the services going for the communities of Tameside and Glossop so please sponsor me and help a fantastic local charity in doing so.Thanks in advance!
