Hello and thanks for visiting my page,

I'm running the Bupa Great South Run on 24th October - for two reasons:

1. It's high time I got away from my desk and got some proper exercise

2. The Alzheimer's Society needs your cash - I'll do the hard work, so that all you have to do is tap in your debit card details

It's a great cause and one very close to my heart, so I (and they) will be massively grateful for anything you can give.
