On Sunday 5th May myself, Mark, Richard, Craig, Speedy and Ruhul will be spending the afternoon trying to run (....well crawl) across the bed of the river Backwater to complete the Maldon Mud Race.

As I am the only girl taking part in the team, we thought it only right that we raise some money for me spending the afternoon running (...well crawling) through mud.

.....Also adding to the fun of the day we will all be dressed up as clowns to support our team name 'CoCo a GoGo'.

As some of you donating will know, I was diagnosed with Epilepsy 10 years ago so this is a charity which has special meaning to me. I am lucky enough to be living a normal life, and although my Epilepsy will always be controlled through medication, there are many other people who are not as fortunate. The more research which can be done, the more of a chance we have of finding a more permanent cure to help all the sufferers.
