This weekend I took part in the Anglesey Ring Of Fire. This is a 135 mile run over 3 days (36 mile Day 1, 66 mile day 2, 33 mile day 3) which takes participants round the whole of the Anglesey coastal path.  I completed the challenge in 31 hours 26 seconds to place 3rd lady. It was the most difficult thing I've ever done. With very little sleep between each day and legs that did not want to run on morning 3, day 3 was a mental battle to get to the finish.  Such an amazing experience.

Unfortunately very recently my grandad passed, and for the last few weeks of his life he lived in St Ann's Hospice.  They took fantastic care of him and made his last few weeks as comfortable as possible.  I thought the best way I could say thanks was to raise a few quid for this amazing charity.  If you could therefore spare a couple of quid it would be very much appreciated.
