I am taking part in the Women-only Sprint Triathlon at Lake Nokomis on August 18th with my  lovely friend Lisa Lynch-Jones and her team of "Twisted Sisters". Showing that whatever age you're always fabulous enough to take on another amazing life challenge (assuming that the knees agree) and raising money for a fantastic cause at the same time. The volunteer Walmer Lifeboat Station crew do amazing work saving lives in the "tropical waters" along the beautiful coast of Deal and Walmer.
