Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I decided a while ago to get fit after giving birth to my two lovely children and decided to put back on my running shoes.

I have always liked a challenge and after doing a few 10k runs decided to move up a level and take on the Great North Run and if I can raise a few quid for a charity on the way makes the hard work seem a little easier.

There are many great charities I could of chosen but decided to support the NSPCC. The main reason is my 2 children have everything, loving parents, loving grand parents and want for nothing. The thought of children the same age being abused and having no where to go is hard to contemplate…

The NSPCC is committed to ending cruelty to children in the UK. There is no single, simple solution to stop child abuse. It remains widespread and mostly hidden.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

So if you can donate anything [ money is tight I know ] I am sure it will help some great causes…
