I've taken on a slightly epic challenge, the RideLondon 100 mile route, to raise money for Samaritans. I've never ridden this far before, and I've never ridden in a crowd of 25,000 other cyclists either!

I'm woefully underprepared, it's been a really cold, wet and long winter which put me off training, but with your encouragement and backing I'll do my best to get round. 

The Samaritans are there when all else can seem lost. Each call they take costs the charity £5, so if you can spare a few quid to help fund this, and save lives, it would be amazing.
