Bertie Gibson, sadly passed away on 26 December 2022 from dementia.  He was 92 and had a long and wonderful life with the loving care of his wife Judy and family.  The dementia cruelly took over most of his physical abilities and as it worsened quite quickly in the end we eventually lost him.   We feel any research that can be done to help prevent dementia will hopefully lead to others overcoming the disease taking over their life, keeping their memories intact and remaining with their families in the real world, happier and for longer.  We love and miss him terribly and hope his memory can be used in this small way to help others.
