On the 23rd of February I'm setting off to cycle 400 km over 6 days in 28 degree heat. I'll be cycling from Ho Chi Min City in Vietnam to Ankhor Wat in Cambodia.

While I'm in Cambodia I'm going be meeting the Cambodian girl called Sarith that I've been sponoring with Plan for the last 8 years and seeing the work Plan has done with her community to give her and other children in her community a better start in life so they can create a better future for themselves, their families and the next generation.

Over the last 8 years I've received many letters from Sarith telling me about her life, her family, and her hopes for the future, and I know that the work Plan has done has to help her and her family has made a really big difference to her health, education and opportunities.

Plan work closely with the sponsored communities for several years helping them provide education, clean water and health care. This  means that kids can stay healthy and attend school which increases their opportunities in life.

Plan also fight against bad practices such cruelty, trafficking and child marriage.

Plan believes that every kid no matter where in the world they born should have be opportunity to enjoy life, be successful and fulfil their potential and they work closely with communities in developing countries all to make this a reality.

This trip is being entirely funded out of my own pocket (I'm even taking my own mozzy net!) so all the money you donate will go to a great charity.
