Hiya, i am running the Cumbrian run this year to raise money for the National Kidney Federation. The 'NFK' is the only charity set up in the united Kingdom by Kidney patients for Kidney patients. This charity gains NO support or funding from the goverment, and relies on sponsorship from companies and individuals, so i ask please dig deep and donate as much or little as you can afford. Any thing counts!

Iv chosen this charity due to working alongside Kidney patients, and have alot of friends with Kidney disease and problems. There fore if i can contribute to improving their living conditions i will. The charity offers support and advice for Kidney patients, as Kidney disease has both hugh physical and mental aspects on a individuals life, but can only continuing doing this with funding and support.

My aim is to complete the run in less than one hour and fourty five minutes, so best get training, thank you so much for donating. love me x x x
