Oh HI guys.

We just LOVE cycling in the dark, and we're doing it again on 13th July from London to Brighton under our very imaginative team name One TEAm More to represent our love of Tea, Les Mis, and of course EACH OTHER.

You may recall we did a similar (stupid) thing last year - cycling a 100 mile circuit overnight. We didn't ask for any sponsorship because we thought it would be fun, and fairly easy. We might have overestimated our abilities there...

So this time, consider that once we've finished we'll ACTUALLY have cycled a total of 164 miles while you sleep, counting last year's expedition.

A couple of quid from your pockets would be much appreciated - if all our friends put in £2 we should make at least £14 for the British Heart Foundation!
