My best friend Stacey found out that her daughter had been diagnosed with CHD (Congenital Heart Defect) before she was born & needed to have open heart surgery.

Baby Honey was only 13 days old when she underwent surgery at the Birmingham Childrens Hospital which took over 6 hours and had to spend the 1st few weeks of her life in hospital. Honey may also need further surgery in the future.

As you can imagine it was a difficult time for Stacey & her family & the support the staff gave to my friend & the amazing care they gave to Honey was fantastic. We wanted to be able to give something back so raise money in any way we can.

I designed a heart necklace in honor of Honey & our fundraing has grown from there.
