Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
This year marks 10 years since my Mum passed away, she was an incredible person. Adventerous, loving, generous and always encouraged me to be me. My Mum nurtured my sense of adventure and gave me my love of travel. She gave me the confidence to give anything a go and its thanks to that influence I have achieved so many of my dreams. Every day I think of her and miss her, I can't quite believe she has been gone for so long. My Mum taught me to think of others and in her memory that is exactly what I'm doing. My efforts to raise money for Cancer Research UK is all in the hope that more family's don't have to lose someone they love to cancer. Break throughs are being made using the money raised through people doing crazy stuff like this and every penny helps so please donate. Surely 52.4 miles is worth something...
The training has commenced and I'm already pounding the pavement to get fit for the big events. The North London half marathon is Sunday 15th March (Mother's Day), Reading half marathon is Sunday 22nd March and Brighton marathon is Sunday 12th April. If you can come down to either event to support please do, it's amazing the boost you get when you see a friendly face in the crowd. If you can't support from the crowd please support me in the form of donating something. The amount of money raised keeps me going, the thought of letting down all the sponsors by not getting across the line is a huge incentive to keep moving.

Thank you for helping me do something incredibly positive in her memory. If she was still with us she'd think I'm mental but would be so supportive and thankful to the people supporting me.
