Many of you will already know the pride I have both working for and raising awareness of this charity. Families affected by dementia need support more than ever and specialist guidance from Admiral Nurses. Dementia UK relies on donations to funds its vital helpline and virtual clinics which have proven to be a lifeline during the pandemic and beyond

My beloved running buddy Ali-cat and me will be plodding the streets of London in our own unique style, no doubt talking to any random that will listen to us (or can’t run fast enough to escape us!)

As if that’s not enough, 3 weeks later I’ll be retuning to London to take part in the marathon, sadly this time without the company of Ali. 

So please help support this cause and get me to the target……heaven knows I’m going to need the motivation 😂
